Single Moms Group

Take time out each Monday to meet and network with other single moms in
your community. Learn about child-friendly community  activities and
resources, share parenting ideas and discover new ways to reduce the
stress of being a single mom. Facilitator: Cathy Flanagan

Love Doesn't Have to Hurt - A Student Support Group

This group offers support and education for female students who are
currently involved in an abusive (which includes but is not limited to
physical, psychological, financial, emotional, and sexual) relationship
or have been involved in a relationship that was abusive in the past.
This is a confidential space. Dates and times to be determined based on
group participants so please contact the center to inquire and receive
more information. Facilitators: Meredith Kujala and Teresa Lopez

 

Mondays, Feb 7- Apr 11

A Women's Success Series

This 10-week program is designed to guide women on the journey of
personal and professional development. Each week, women will engage
topics to help them identify career paths, navigate proactively in
today's economy and prepare for a successful future. Facilitator: Angela
Spoerl, MSW LISW

3-5 pm OR 6-8 pm   Fee: None

 

Tuesdays, Feb 8 - Mar 1

Understanding Self-Esteem, A Program for Women

A four-week support group to assist participants in understanding the
origin of self-esteem, how it is sabotaged, and how we can think and
feel better about ourselves. Facilitator: Carol Holton, M.Ed.   6-8 pm
Fee: $15
