For those of you who are unfamiliar with email list, you need to send an unsubscribe message to a different email address.  Send your message to  Grandroundsneuro-request at mailman.mco.edu 
You can leave the subject line blank and in the body of the message type
unsubscribe  and nothing else.  Press the Send button and that should do it.
