[Irb] [EXTERNAL] Annual Progress Report Form Released

The annual progress report form has been released in IRB Manager.  This is a new procedure which stems from the revised Common Rule (e.g., the Final Rule).

Studies approved by the IRB that do NOT have an expiration date (ie., studies determined to be exempt and most expedited studies governed by the Final Rule) must "check in" annually.  The PI and Clerical Support/Coordinator for each study will receive a 60 day, 30 day and 5 day reminder to submit the annual report form.  For 100 and 200 series studies, this requirement will go into effect once the study has been brought into IRB Manager.
