[Irb] IRB Manager Browser Information

All,

The purpose of this email is to inform you that on February 1, 2021 IRB Manager will begin to remove support for Internet Explorer. Other internet browser options include Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

What you will see: Starting January 1, 2021, if you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer to access IRB Manager, you will see a warning on the login page that you are using an outdated browser and should move to an alternate browser. This message will only be shown to users using Internet Explorer.
