[Irb] Updated Information on Research Pause

Good afternoon,
Please see the attached letter from Dr. Calzonetti.

As of February 15, 2021, principal investigators may request an exception to the current pause on non-essential research taking place in non-medical settings. The PI must submit this request using the FYI xForm in IRB Manager. The request must include a detailed description of why the procedures must be conducted in-person and the precautions that will be taken to prevent transmission of COVID-19 during the face-to-face research activities.  As a reminder, human subject research in medical settings (e.g., hospital, clinic, dental office, etc.) is NOT paused.
