[Irb] [EXTERNAL] New and Revised IRB Documents

All,
I'd like to draw your attention to (https://www.utoledo.edu/research/rsp/irb/bioforms.html):

*         the Biomedical IRB revised informed consent form template which contains GINA language and guidance

*         a Biomedical IRB pregnant partner consent form template which should be used (after IRB approval) when an investigator or sponsor would like to collect data from the pregnant partner of a study subject only for monitoring health related outcomes.

Also, the HRPP has been working to revise all procedure statements to align with revised federal regulations and current guidance.  The Frequency of IRB Review and Verification Regarding Material Changes procedure has been posted to the HRPP website: (https://www.utoledo.edu/research/rsp/irb/guidance.html).  The only change is that the expiration date for studies reviewed by the full Board is now based on the approval date, rather than the original review date.
